Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- lead the implementation of the project/ s undertaken by the organisation
- coordinate the project/s implemented in different regions
- manage project budget/s
- manage project resource allocations
- plan and schedule project timelines
- provide direction and support to project teams in regional offices through the regional coordinator
- constantly monitor and report on progress issues and solutions to the project team at quarterly meetings
- consult the Executive Director on issues related to project implementation
- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- project evaluations and assessment of results
- report writing to donors
Education Qualifications
Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
Experience - Essential
- at least three years working experience in development project management with national or international NGOs.
- experience in budget management
- experience in collating data from stakeholders and report writing
- proven experience in strategic planning
